The company’s sorting machines are equipped with Toshiba color CCD sensors, Italian Matrix ejectors, control boards with FPGA from the American brand Altera, and microchips from the Korean brand Samsung.
These sorting machines are available in various capacities, ranging from 1 to 12 channels, with each channel capable of sorting approximately 1.5 tons per hour for legumes. The machines offer high accuracy of over 99.99% and feature stainless steel hoppers and vibrating feeders, along with anodized aluminum trays.
In Arad Sorting machines, there is the capability to separate products based on color into different groupings. The machines are user-friendly with a bilingual interface (Persian/English). The program includes a “size mode,” which sorts products based on the image area in the drop zone, allowing the separation of small or large legumes. Additionally, the machine has a “circular shape detection mode” that distinguishes round from cylindrical products. These two modes help to separate foreign objects with similar colors, such as separating a piece of wood from black seeds or lentils.
