Arad Sorting offers a tea sorting machine capable of dual-level product separation. This machine categorizes tea into three groups: first-grade tea without stems and completely black, second-grade tea with stems, and finally, wood and stem waste.
The tea sorting machines come equipped with Japanese Toshiba color CCD, Italian Matrix ejectors, control boards with American brand FPGA from Altera, and microchips from the Korean brand Samsung. The machines are available in capacities of 75 kg, 300 kg, and 450 kg per hour. These machines feature two vision and separation layers and can be custom-built with three layers. The machines have a high accuracy of over 99.99% and come with stainless steel hoppers and vibrating feeders, as well as anodized aluminum trays.
In the tea sorting machines, the product is fed from the top by an elevator. In the first layer, waste products such as wood and stems are removed, and in the second layer, the tea is divided into first-grade tea without stems and second-grade tea. Below the machine, three pallets or conveyors exist to separate the three groups.
The tea sorting machines have double the number of ejectors and 1.5 times the number of cameras compared to other machines in the sorting category, which increases the cost.
