Arad Sorting provides color sorting machines for various seeds, including coriander seeds, onion seeds, fenugreek seeds, spinach, basil seeds, dill seeds, and more. The company’s sorting machines for legumes are equipped with Toshiba’s Japanese CCD cameras, Matrix’s Italian ejectors, a control board with FPGA from the American brand Altera, and microchips from the Korean brand Samsung.

The sorting machines are available in various capacities ranging from 1 to 12 channels. The capacity of each channel for legumes is typically 1.5 tons per hour for material discharge. These machines have high accuracy of 99.99% and are equipped with stainless steel hoppers, vibrating feeders, and anodized aluminum trays.

In Arad sorting machines, products can be separated based on color into different groups. Additionally, the machine features a user-friendly program interface in both Persian and English. The machine’s program includes a size mode, where sorting is performed based on the product’s image area on the discharge screen. This mode can be used to separate small or large legumes from the rest of the product. The machine also includes a mode for detecting the roundness of the product, which distinguishes between round and cylindrical shapes. The size and roundness modes can help in separating foreign items with similar colors.
