How does sorting grains and oilseeds work?
Arad Sorting machines come with different capacities, ranging from 1 to 12 channels, with each channel’s capacity depending on the product type, ranging from 200 to 1200 kg per hour for material flow. These machines provide an accuracy of over 99.99% and feature stainless steel hoppers and vibrating feeders, along with anodized aluminum trays.
Arad’s sorting machines offer the ability to separate products based on color into different groupings. The machine also has a user-friendly interface with both Persian/English language options. The machine’s program includes a size mode, which sorts products based on the image area in the drop zone. This mode can be used to separate broken products, such as split rice grains, from the intact ones. Additionally, the machine includes a mode for detecting whether a product is circular or cylindrical, allowing the sorting of products based on their shape.
These two modes, size and shape detection, can assist in separating foreign objects with similar colors, such as removing wooden stems with a similar color from black seeds or cumin.
